At HyperCooling Services LLC., customer satisfaction is important to us. We aim to provide reliable and professional HVAC services. Because HVAC work involves labor, diagnostics, and installed materials, refunds are handled according to the policy below.
1. Service Call Fees & Diagnostics
Service call and diagnostic fees are non-refundable once a technician has arrived and performed any inspection, testing, or diagnosis.
2. Labor Charges
Labor charges may be refundable only if:

The service was not completed as described, and

We are given the opportunity to return and correct the issue at no additional cost.
If work was completed as agreed, labor charges are not refundable.
3. Parts & Equipment
Because HVAC parts cannot be returned after installation:

Installed parts: Non-refundable

Uninstalled parts/equipment: Refundable if unused, new, and in original condition, and only if manufacturer allows

Manufacturer warranties apply as provided by each manufacturer
4. System Installations
Refunds for full HVAC system installations (AC units, heat pumps, air handlers, etc.) are not provided once equipment has been installed.

If you have concerns with any service provided, please contact us within 7 days so we can review and resolve the issue promptly.
Workmanship Guarantee
HyperCooling Services LLC. - Workmanship Guarantee
Effective Date: December 9, 2025
At HyperCooling Services LLC., we take pride in delivering high-quality HVAC services to all our customers. To ensure your peace of mind, we provide the following workmanship guarantee:
1. Scope of Guarantee

This guarantee applies to all labor performed by HyperCooling Services LLC. technicians on HVAC installations, repairs, and maintenance services.

It does not cover manufacturer defects in parts or equipment; manufacturer warranties apply separately.
2. Guarantee Duration

All workmanship is guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the date of service completion.
3. Guarantee Terms

If you experience an issue directly caused by our workmanship during the guarantee period, we will:

Return to your property promptly,

Correct the issue at no additional labor cost.

We reserve the right to determine whether an issue is covered under this guarantee based on inspection.
4. Exclusions
This guarantee does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, natural disasters, or improper maintenance.

Issues caused by parts or equipment supplied by the customer.

Alterations or repairs made by anyone other than HyperCooling Services LLC.
5. Claim Process
